Email address

Hey guys,
I've set up an email address that you can send emails to to post here. So if you want to use it, send me an email and I'll let you know what it is. For obvious reasons, I'm not going to post the email address up here just in case some random comes across this blog and thinks it's a good idea to spam the blog with random posts.

See you all tomorrow!

Luke 19

Zacchaeus the Tax Collector
1Jesus entered Jericho and was passing through. 2A man was there by the name of Zacchaeus; he was a chief tax collector and was wealthy. 3He wanted to see who Jesus was, but being a short man he could not, because of the crowd. 4So he ran ahead and climbed a sycamore-fig tree to see him, since Jesus was coming that way.

5When Jesus reached the spot, he looked up and said to him, "Zacchaeus, come down immediately. I must stay at your house today." 6So he came down at once and welcomed him gladly.

7All the people saw this and began to mutter, "He has gone to be the guest of a 'sinner.' "

8But Zacchaeus stood up and said to the Lord, "Look, Lord! Here and now I give half of my possessions to the poor, and if I have cheated anybody out of anything, I will pay back four times the amount."

9Jesus said to him, "Today salvation has come to this house, because this man, too, is a son of Abraham. 10For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost."

Tehillah: Saturday, 12 April

Just a reminder that this Saturday will be an activity night at Uncle Stephen and Aunty Anndey's house (Abbi's house).

Who: Us!
What: Fun and games -- bring $5 for dinner, just in case and any sort of game you want to play (someone bring Pictionary, please? I'll bring Cluedo and Jumanji.)
When: 6:30 (because we'll be eating together. Don't eat dinner before!)
Where: 22 Greenvale St, Fisher

Hope to see you all there!

Also... Dev sent out an email about our next activity which will be the Mawson Outreach in the morning on the 3rd of May. We'll be making breakfast so if you have a portable gas stove, tell us and bring it along please! Also, come talk to us about breakfast food suggestions (e.g. pancakes, French toast, etc.)!

And if you feel comfortable about helping out with our informal music, then tell Dev or Von, please! I don't care if you play the violin, cello, French horn, recorder or harmonica... you can even sing. We've found that music really helps draw people in the past and we're not going to stop this time. So: gas stove, music, breakfast suggestions. Please and thank you!

And if you're not getting our Tehillah emails, send an email to Nick so that you get included. Ok?
